Low Pressure - commercial water and steam boilers are manufactured in 28
sizes to meet heating needs from 300,000 btuh -- in schools, churches, office
buildings, factories, etc.
Modular efficiency - bases and draft hoods are produced in three modular
sizes. Boilers are field assembled using a combination of modules to meet
specific capacities. Water modules can be "stage fired" for maximum
efficiency, using optional control. Boilers are rated at 80.0% combustion
efficiency.
Easy Assembly & Installation - pre-assembled bases and easy
section-by-section field assembly make the D247 assembly quick and easy. The
same assembly techniques are used on all sizes, aiding installer familiarity
and ease.
Easy Access - draft hoods allow for easy cleaning or inspection of
flueways. Front access doors make combustion chambers and boiler sections
easily accessible.
Space Saving, Lighter Design - compact design requires up to 25% less
space than some competitive models. Less weight also makes our boiler easier to
manage than competitive knock-down or assembled units.

Dunkirk has available an optional controls package to meet the intent of the
ASME standard CSD-1-1992 Controls and Safety Devices for Automatically Fired
Boilers.
Boilers for Installations with CSD-1 requirements can be ordered directly from
Dunkirk with shipment at our normal lead time.
The optional CSD-1 package is available for Water Boilers, Steam Boilers with
Gravity Return and Steam Boilers with Pumped Return.
